Used to like it... Now doesnt work

Main complaint: doesnt work. It says it is not connected. I am. Happens on both wifi and cellular.
Of course the ads work fine of which there are many.
I would have written this to support but the App Support link just brings you to Rogers website.
Update: this app has been updated... Still does not work at all. Says I am not connected
Update: still doesnt work. I am amazed at how many 1 star reviews this has and still no attempt at improving it
Update:same error still. Im on a new phone.
